Mele Restaurant was born in 2011, reflecting a change in the name from "Village Bistro" to "Mele Bistro" to "Mele Restaurant" in 2014. The name change reflects our commitment to fine Mediterranean ingredients that we use in our Italian cuisine since we took over.  The spirit of 'simple, creativity and quality' that we share is expressed in every detail of the cuisine and the decor.  We offer the finest possible  ingredients.

We carefully select ingredients form all over the world - a wealth of seafood from Hawaii (over night shipping), Europe, and North America - natural beef, veal, and farm-to-table chicken and eggs - home made natural pasta with natural eggs (both Non - GMO), and in-house smoke are used to produce this unique cuisine that is at the same time both traditional and modern while endeavoring to leave a deep and lasting impression on our guests.

We believe in good food and good life. Life moves at its own pace.  Mele Restaurant offers the opportunity to relax and experience this way of life. From an early age, we grow up with fresh food  and a appreciation for fresh cooking. Our relation with food has alway been a way of life.
