Grilled Local All-Natural Harvest Ribeye Steak review by Gerson
I love Mele and the owner. Have been coming for 30 years. The Pasta Bolognese is very special. This time I felt like steak and ordered the rib eye. I was a bit disappointed. It was overseasoned and a bit skimpy (thin) for a premium steak. I'll stick with pasta and fish in the future.

BLACKENED CHICKEN SANDWICH review by Dinesh
The blackened chicken sandwich at Mele Bistro is exceptional. The chicken breast is perfectly blackened, offering a delightful crust that is bursting with spices. Each bite delivers a juicy and tender piece of chicken.

Recently had dinner with another couple; having just moved to this area a few weeks ago, my wife and I were excited to try a highly recommended restaurant in the neighborhood. We were so pleased with all aspects of the dining experience. The intimacy of the restaurant was superb: the attentiveness of the staff was superb; the food was superb and was prepared exactly as described. The owner was most gracious and we could tell he wanted to make sure everything was to our liking. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Mele Bistro for a wonderful dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the 4-cheese ravioli at Mele Bistro, and it was an awesome experience. The ravioli offered a perfect blend of cheeses---that melded together harmoniously. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of bite.

Superb trout fillets, perfectly sauteed and arranged artistically on the plate with my choice of sides (mushroom rissotto and sauteed spinach). Table mates had a variety of other dishes and everyone raved about what they had ordered. Even the salads are works of art at Mele Bistro.
